I have just come across some photos which i found to be very shocking & upsetting. The photos are of a woman & a dog, which is dead, there is 8 photos in total showing the dog being cut up, dogs legs cut off, it has been skinned & the woman is there lying next to the dog, has a knife in her hand in one photo, she is holding the dog up & smiling in another photo, she is holding what looks like the dogs heart in another photo. I would say that this is illegal & she should be arrested for this, but that's the problem, who do you contact about this? & how do you find out who this person is & where she is from?
